Friday How much does it cost to drape a hall?
- This depends on the size and how much draping is required. If you can supply measurements, we can give you an estimate.
Do you fix the drapes to the walls?
- No, never. All our draping is fitted on a free-standing framework and will not damage the decor at any venue
My venue needs to be clear straight after my event, can you pick it up then?
- Yes, we will always work with the timings required by the venue, but we do make a charge of £100 for picking up late at night – although if it can be picked up the following day, we do prefer that!!
How long does it take to put up the drapes?
- This depends on the amount of draping, anything from a couple of hours to 6 hours, and always make sure it is complete at least an hour before your guests start to arrive. If you have a particularly tight timescale, we can ensure we have extra staff to complete the work more quickly.
What colour material do you use?
- Generally white, but we can also use black or ivory. We can introduce your theme colour by providing coloured swagging at the tops of the drape walls if required.
Do you need to see the venue before you provide a quotation?
- We generally do, as we can then fully plan the job and get to meet you, which we prefer. The exception to this is on relatively small jobs and/or venues we have dressed before.
We have booked the venue for the day before, can it be dressed then?
- We generally prefer this if possible, depending on the workload that day.
